CODE OF CONDUCT

Failure to adhere to our Code of Conduct may result in suspension of membership and/or banishment from the facility.

  • All participants and observers must submit a waiver before entering arena.

    • Anyone under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.​

  • All participants must wear DEFY grip socks in the arena.

  • All participants must follow Flight Crew directions at all times.

  • Children 11 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian over 18 years of age for the duration of their time on the premises.

  • All participants will conduct themselves in a safe, respectable, and responsible manner.

  • No food, drinks or gum allowed in the arena.

  • Absolutely NO obscenities, racial slurs or other offensive language.

  • No bullying, intimidation or harassment of other guests will be tolerated.

  • Prevent collisions by maintaining an appropriate amount of space between yourself and others. 

  • Do not participate if you have health limitations, injuries, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or are pregnant.

  • No drugs or alcohol are permitted on the premises.

  • No guns, knives, sharp objects, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.

  • Weight limit on each trampoline is not to exceed 300 lbs.

  • Remove all cell phones, jewelry, hats or loose objects before jumping.

    • DEFY Sparks is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into or stored on the premises.​

  • Do not run, race, roughhouse, or play tag.

  • Do not double bounce.

  • Do not attempt gainers.

  • Absolutley no headshots in the dodgeball arena.

  • No double flips of any kind are allowed.

  • One person at a time in the foam pits.

  • Do not dive headfirst into foam pits.

  • Do not climb or sit on safety pads.

  • Remember your physical limitations.
