HEALTH & CLEANLINESS PRECAUTIONS

GUEST/PARK SAFETY & CARE

As a community of parks, the well-being and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our first priority. The following are actions we are taking companywide in light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) news.

We are following relevant health department guidelines. We are also closely monitoring CDC guidance and state requirements in order to provide prompt updates should the situation change.

In line with guidance provided by the health authorities, we have further reinforced our cleanliness measures and facility procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Click HERE to view our current hours of operation.

  • Facemasks will be required for both our staff and our guests.

    • Jumpers under the age of 18 (children) will be allowed to remove their masks during their jump time.

  • Waiver stations will be closed temporarily.  Guests will be required to fill out waivers prior to arriving at the park, or on their phones once they have arrived

  • Increased daytime cleaning and sanitizing of all high-frequency touch points in addition to regular cleaning procedures.

    • Nightly cleaning and sanitizing of all attractions, which is something we do every night anyways!

  • Ensuring hand sanitizing stations are filled and available to Guests.

  • Reducing facility capacity by 50% in order to allow for greater distancing between jumpers.

  • Depending on capacity, guests may be required to wait outside until space becomes available in the facility.

  • Guests will be required to maintain 6-feet from other guests while in line and in the park.

  • Birthday Parties with over 30 guests will take place on the balcony under the covered pavilion.

  • Water fountains will be closed until further notice.  Water cups can be requested at the café.
