As a community of parks, the well-being and safety of our Guests and Team Members is our first priority. The following are actions we are taking companywide in light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) news.

We are following relevant health department guidelines. We are also closely monitoring CDC guidance and state requirements in order to provide prompt updates should the situation change.

In line with guidance provided by the health authorities, we have further reinforced our cleanliness measures and facility procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Our park hours will temporarily be 11am-8pm.

  • Facemasks will be required for both our staff and our guests.

    • Jumpers under the age of 18 (children) will be allowed to remove their masks during their jump time.

  • Waiver stations will be closed temporarily.  Guests will be required to fill out waivers prior to arriving at the park, or on their phones once they have arrived.

    • Every guest will be required to sign a new waiver due to an update to the waiver.

  • Cafe food will not be available for purchase.

    • Drinks may still be purchased.

    • Pizzas will be provided for Birthday Party reservations.

  • Increased daytime cleaning and sanitizing of all high-frequency touch points in addition to regular cleaning procedures.

    • Nightly cleaning and sanitizing of all attractions, which is something we do every night anyways!

  • Ensuring hand sanitizing stations are filled and available to Guests.

  • Reducing facility capacity by 75% in order to allow for greater distancing between jumpers.

  • Depending on capacity, guests may be required to wait outside until space becomes available in the facility.

  • Guests will be required to maintain 6-feet from other guests while in line and in the park.

  • Birthday Parties will be taking place outside or in a roped off area in the lobby (depending on weather).

    • If outside, our pavilion will replace our traditional party rooms for now.  The pavilion will be roped off to the general public while reserved.

  • Water fountains will be closed until further notice.  Water cups can be requested at the cafe.

Regarding memberships:

  • All memberships will be reactivated on June 12.  However, all of our current members will receive the remainder of June for free.  Recurring payments on memberships will not resume until July.  Every member will keep their original billing schedule once payments are reactivated.
